But Michelle and her team have been nothing but helpful and friendly from the very first interaction. The thing that got me to say yes to Soren was their two week satisfaction guaranteed policy, where I could move without any obligation within the first two weeks. Everyone at the apartments have been so sweet and understanding, as well as any maintenance requests have always been handled very fast after putting in a work order! Honestly feel so safe at these apartments and very cozy feeling.
