I just moved in a week ago, and so far I'm very happy with the property. I especially want to recognize Diego - he is an ... outstanding maintenance technician. He is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He consistently makes time to address issues, follows up to make sure everything is resolved, and genuinely cares about helping residents. Honestly, I've never come across such a fantastic maintenance technician before. Diego goes above and beyond, and his positive attitude makes a huge difference. Great value in a vibrant neighborhood. No place is perfect, but I don’t have many complaints here. The trash chute is occasionally ... out of service, but in those instances there was clear communication about interruptions in service. We just moved out after 2+ years at Soren. The staff was responsive and wonderful! The apartment was lovely and we never heard our neighbors. I would highly recommend this building as I believe it is the best for the price in the neighborhood.

I moved to Seattle from Ohio four months ago, and trying to find an apartment over the internet can be super stressful. But Michelle and her team have been nothing but helpful and friendly from the very first interaction. The thing that got me to say yes to Soren was their two week satisfaction guaranteed policy, where I could move without any obligation within the first two weeks. Everyone at the apartments have been so sweet and understanding, as well as any maintenance requests have always been handled very fast after putting in a work order! Honestly feel so safe at these apartments and very cozy feeling.
